There has been problems with the fire alarm, stolen packages but the most problematic as been the intercom.

The location is wonderful in a great neighborhood and very central. The unit has been updated and all the applicances work niceley and is very comfortable. The noise level is minimal and the maintance requests are fullfilled very quickly. I have been there for two and a half years and will continue living there. Parkifm would be the bogfest downside as it can be difficult, but there are plenty of garages if you all willing to pay.

This apartment is tucked away in a super convenient location wuth easy access to neighborhoods like FiDi, Chinatown, Union Square, and Nob Hill. I have also loved how cosy and quiet this area has been.

I have lived here for two years and have very few complaints. The maintenance request are always taken care of in a timely fashion and the neighborhood is quiet. I have never had a problem with the amenities and would definitely recommend living here.
