A lot of room for improvement

Getting guaranteed secure parking in the apartment is quite the inconvenience. Garage gate is often broken or malfunctioning. But the area is nice and maintenance is prompt and friendly

Outstanding Place to Live! Highly Recommended :)

Artizan Apartments are one of the best places to live! They have gorgeous views, amazing amienities, and an outstanding staff :) Everyone is super sweet and so helpful/responsive. The staff bends over backwards to create community shared experinces and find quick solutions if any problems arise. They are very pet-friendly, love giving back to local businesses, and are constantly working to add even more value to this vibrant living space. I highly recommend leasing here! All the people that live here are so kind and give off such good energy which is just a reflection of the staff and place overall.

Artizan (Brooklyn Basin)

My family moved here about a month ago from Jack London Square and things have been good so far. The location is a little isolated, but things are still being constructed. Noose level has been great so far, a lot quieter than our place in JLS. The only complaint i have is the lack of guaranteed parking. When we aigned the lease we were told wed have paid parking apot available by the time we move in the beginning of October, bit on the day of move-in weee were told that we were on a waitlist and something should be available by December. Parking is a nightmare, and even though there is a public Ace lot nearby, i rately see it open when i need it. Otherwise, amenities are great, staff and maintenance are great, and i cant wait foe the area to develop more!
