Outstanding Service from Tonya at Extra Space Storage. My experience at Extra Space Storage is one I won’t forget. Before I even arrived to finalize the paperwork, Tonya—the manager—was already incredibly helpful and professional. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I felt confident before even stepping foot on the property. When I came in looking for a 10x20 unit, Tonya went above and beyond by showing me multiple unit sizes to ensure I found the perfect fit for my needs. Her hands-on approach, knowledge, and genuine care made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She also kindly offered packing supplies and made sure I was fully prepared for my move-in. I’ve used Extra Space Storage several times before, but this was by far the best experience I’ve had—all thanks to Tonya’s exceptional service. Thank you again! ... Read more

Ms. Tonya B. has helped me when I first obtained a storage a few years ago and her professionalism and expertise has been superb and consistent. She probably needs to venture out and start her own business. She handles all of the unexpected issues like a pro tennis player. I know Im in good hands. ... Read more

Albeit, I’m not pleased to be renting during these chaotic times, I’m pleased to know that my contents are safe under the watchful eye of, Ms. Tanya! I’m very please with her interpersonal skills, as well as her ability to communicate in this era of “zero” customer service. Kuddos to her and thank you! ... Read more

Extra Space Storage helped us find the right unit and quickly store our things. Tanya and the team were always responsive and helpful, especially when it came to the move-out process. The space worked well and every employee went the extra mile to make moving and storage easier for us. ... Read more

We have been using this facility for a month after moving down here and had our unit broken into from THE OUTSIDE! The entire back wall is simply plywood and drywall. The most frustrating part is that there are patched holes into every unit in the back where it has happened in the past and they did absolutely nothing to enforce the wall so it couldn’t happened again. Even if it hadn’t been an issue for years, cameras should have been put in place, the wall should have been enforced with cement and the gates fixed to prevent access. We lost at least 3k worth of belongings and it was 100% preventable and caused by negligence on the storage units end. If you store anything here do not do so unless it has a cement wall to the outside and demand to know what they have done to fix this issue that should have been fixed YEARS ago. Update: it’s been 2 months since the break in and I can assure you no proper changes have taken place. The hole in the wall was simply covered over once again with plywood (I looked inside our empty unit while it was being “repaired”). The same material they cut into previously…We were told the side gate would be closed off and raised. It is the same fence that’s easy to open and get into. So no security measures have been done to improve the likely hood someone will break into the place again. Do not store anything on the back wall if you use this facility. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at Extra Space Storage - 210 Fallon Street include the following amenities: Indoor, 24 hour access, Drive-Up Access, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Credit Cards Accepted, Multi-Level Storage, Online Payment and RV Storage. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 300 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Monthly prices for units offered by Extra Space Storage - 210 Fallon Street start from $121 and can go up to $644 for larger spaces.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
