Really poor service. Problems with getting locked out and appliances that take too long to resolve.

I have been living in 1845 Butler Ave for a solid year now and I can say I am very satisfied with the complex. Hence why my roommate and I decided to renew our lease! Anytime that there is an issue that needs maintenance they are always addressing the issue as quickly as they can. The square footage of the apartment is also a huge plus, my roommate and I feel very at home with how spacious the living area is and our bedrooms. The only downside is that we do not have an in unit washer and dryer, so it is a pain to go down the hall to do laundry. To fix this problem we got a plug in portable washer which has definitely saved our lives. Other than the laundry situation I have no other complaints. It has been great living here so far!

I love living in Sawtelle! Rent is extremely expensive, but I guess that’s just how LA is. Apartment has very good light al the time. Neighbors are mostly very respectful

2-3 years ago ws much quieter. Now barking dogs, crying babies/toddlers. Before new management, courtyard and hallways were cleaned and hosed each floor. Now just elevators and lobby get mopped, few minutes later floors are teacked with foot print and dog paws. A lot of wear and tear in lobby. It could use a fresh coat of paint.
