Lots of street noise, but no noise coming from neighbors. Washing machines are too old and break frequently. Rent is a bit high for the area but still comparable.

This is a great building. It is super quiet. The grounds are pretty there are lots of washers and dryers. It has trashshoots so you dont have to walk down to the dumpster There is even a cute little rooftop with some seating and nice view. This apartments in a great location. Close to lots of great restaurants and Trader Joe’s and Ralph’s is nearby as well. The apartments themselves are very nice and updated. The management is so nice here. I highly recommend.

A couple months in.. Nice quiet building.

Had a great overall experience here! It was my first apartment and it was amazing! The stacked parking is an inconvenience but is manageable and common throughout LA. My one issue was trying to fix my sink. The stopper in the sink broke and got stuck in the drain. I called maintenance and he come over, removed the stopper and ordered something needed to fix it. Unfortunately he never returned.

This building used to be taken care of very well. A few months ago, however, the building sold and is rarely cleaned anymore. It's gotten so gross here and I am thinking about leaving.

The location of this apartment is great. However, the maintenance of the amenities within this apartment is a bit disappointing for the rent we pay. The washing machines break down quite frequently. I come back down to check on my supposedly washed laundry only to find that it had broken midway. The lobby isn't quite organized for big package deliveries, and there is sometimes trash laying around. The unit my roommate and I got is quite nice, but one of the rooms' ventilation does not work in the bathroom. This causes molds in my bathroom, and I'm getting tired of cleaning them. Some won't even come off.
