7000 Hawthorn/7005 Lanewood Ave

Moving into this property felt like winning the lottery. I'm a full time working artist in the entertainment industry, and was looking for a 1 bedroom apartment that had all of the right amenities (private parking spot, a secure garage, elevator, on-site laundry, in-unit dishwasher, plus a balcony with a great view of Hollywood.) My unit is a spacious 750 sq. ft. with a super nice open layout, stunning wood floors, 2 huge walk-in closets plus tons of cabinet space. For all of this, the rent price is extremely affordable. My property manager is friendly, easily reachable and takes great care of the building. I've lived here for 3 years now and have had nothing but a wonderful experience. Given that this property is located in the heart of Hollywood, I do deal with an average (but bearable) amount of city noise from outside. But it is not an issue for me, as it is definitely outweighed by all of the perks that come with living here. Not to mention the premises has on-site security and I feel super safe living here. I highly recommend this property for people who want to enjoy the Hollywood lifestyle for the most affordable price in town.

It's very centrally located, a block from Hollywood Blvd. and a short walk to the Hollywood Bowl. The building is quaint in many respects, and it suffers occasionally from the wear and tear of its age. At the same time, the building is currently undergoing a bonanza of refurbishment and improvement. The manger is professional and friendly.

Convenient and some what quiet for hollywod but the location is this chaotic in general

A short walk from the Hollywood Bowl, and an even shorter walk to Hollywood Blvd, the location is prime for those who want to be in the center of things. The new manager is personable and professional, and he is working very diligently to uplevel the building. The entire facilities have been recently repainted, and they are constantly being updated and remodeled. Although the building is on the older side, the apartments themselves are spacious and have modern amenities such as dishwashers. The building's pool is also a nice convenience. The building had a problem with bedbugs in the past, but they seem not to be a problem now.

I love living in this location, it is cheap and centrally located to everything. It a block away from the blvd and many restaurants, 2 blocks from supermarket. Can't make any noise or turn tv too loud past 10 tho.

Already a couple of years living at 7005 Lanewood Ave. and still get that exciting feeling like we just moved into a new place. The managers are real nice, they care about making sure everything is handled properly. We like that it is literally just one block to Hollywood and Highland. Also can see football games right across the street at Hollywood High School
