I've had a great experience here at West Oaks overall. I've lived here a little over 2 years now. What I like about this community is the kind and caring residents. I've lived in Lancaster my entire life, and none compares to here. My apartment is just big enough for my wife and kids. I would like a little more amenities like a gym, and an Amazon locker. I've lost 2 packages from Amazon, but I don't know if they were stolen I believe Amazon had a hard time entering the community and was confused about where to leave the packages. I would recommend living here for the sense community and security.

I have lived here for 2 years now. The property is beautiful. The staff is amazing. Maintenance is great. They respond so quick.
Life at West Oaks
I move to West Oaks Apts from Arizona. My son lives in Palmdale and he selected the apartment. Mark gave me the details on the apartment, and it all sounded good. This is my first apartment and I moved from Arizona to Lancaster and my apartment sight unseen. One of my major requirements was to have my own washer/dryer. The staff is marvelous and trustworthy.
