One of the better places to live in Lancaster, Palmdale

This is one of the better apartments to live at in the Palmdale Lancaster area. Maintenance and staff are great. Parking is never an issue, there is always parking and chances are you will park close to your unit. The area unfortunately isnt great, especially the more you travel east. The cost of the new units are on the higher side given that there are no garages and the are in general isnt the best. The renovated units are nice, the unit washer and dryer is very convenient. I do wish the gym had better equipment, but its enough to get most workouts done. If you are working at Edwards or Palmdale I would highly recommend this apartment complex.

Safe & Comfortable

After being here about two years I've really enjoyed the time at Park West. The staff is great and helpful, maintenance is always fast and I love the updated apartment with in-home laundry. It is pricier for sure, but there's quite a lot of piece of mind that goes with living here because of that. Highly recommend this spot, even if 30th St W can get a little noisy sometimes.

Pretty Decent

Honestly this is one of the better places to live if you want the basics. It's still a bit pricey in my opinion, but considering the other options in the area, I would sat the pricing is fair for the amenities. The office staff is friendly and very helpful. Our maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner and they usually let us know before hand when inspections and major repairs are done. Tbh, I'm probably going to renew my lease since it's a nice place.
