Legacy Resident
Lived here over 15 years, been through several ownerships and management. I like peace and safety is important, so for that, this is not a bad place to live or I wouldn't be here. However, 1) the quality changes when there is not a good balance of tenants (Section 8 vs. non-subsidized tenants), 2) the fees added to rent are causing me to be open to other places to live, 3) the schools in the area are not the greatest for kids. Overall, this complex has been good to me, the management are respectful, maintenance is good when requested (may need to follow up), but it's the added fees we're paying, at least for those of us not receiving subsidized rent, the fees when added us have become competitive with owning a home or renting at a more modern complex.

Apartments provide alm the amenities and office peole are always very friendly and available to help. Only issue there is some people walking late nights doing a lot noise.
