Hidden Gem

We’ve lived at Campbell Plaza Apartments for a coupe of years now and sharing my experience regarding the staff, amenities, property maintenance, and noise levels. Staff: The staff have been fantastic. From the moment I moved in, they were welcoming and attentive. The leasing office is always friendly and willing to help with any questions or concerns. Whenever I needed assistance, they responded promptly and with a positive attitude, which made settling in much easier. Amenities: The amenities here simple with a nice clubhouse, pool table and small fitness center. Additionally, the community clubhouse is a great place to meet neighbors or host small gatherings. Something the staff does throughout the year for tenants. It’s Pet friendly with a small dog park and waste stations throughout the property. I enjoy the pool during summer and just lounging around in the hot tub. Property Maintenance: Property maintenance requests are addressed quickly, and the maintenance team is professional and courteous. We love Mark as he is a hard worker and truly care about the property and tenants! The grounds are well-kept, with regular landscaping and upkeep, which contributes to a pleasant living environment. Noise Levels: Noise levels can be hit or miss, depending on your neighbors, LOL I experienced some noise from the nearby units, particularly during weekends, but it wasn’t unbearable. Unfortunately, a lot comes from the parking lot as our bedroom windows face it. Overall: I would recommend Campbell Plaza Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable living experience with excellent staff and in a good location to stores and freeways. My time here has been enjoyable, and I appreciate the sense of community that has developed among residents.

Hidden Gem

We've lived here over three years and love the location because it's close to everything you need: stores, schools, parks hospital, freeways and the list can go on and on. It's a gated community and the property is always well kept. We've had some changes and seen some little effects from it but it's always taken care of and never left unaddressed. That's were the staff and maintenance man come in as they are always involved and care for all tenants and the property. We have events and they are always fun! We enjoy living here it's quiet and a hidden gem!
