Amazing place to call home

I have only been here for less than a month but Berina is awesome and so is the maintenance team. She made my application process so easy and was so informative the whole time. She was easy to reach and contact and very supportive. Whenever there is a request she and maintenance execute it quickly. I love it here. Thank you all for everything.

Great Location - Limited Freedoms

The location is great, but the owner does not allow tenants to have decorations or outside amenities. The leasing office wastes time issuing warnings to tenants for rule infractions instead of upgrading or improving any of the amenities. Yes Upgrades cost money, but that is what my rent is for. This place has not upgraded anything in over 5 years. The gate that was to be installed has still not been installed in 4 years. This did not become as much of an issue until the lockdown order caused the shared amenities to be closed down. No Pool, No Pool Space to hang out, no Jacuzzi, no fitness centre and no Clubhouse. Additionally, the plumbing in these old buildings was never properly installed. The entire Building where I lived needed to be re-plumbed causing significant water shutoffs, no hot running water and sewage overflows. The re-plumbing consisted of jackhammering away at the concrete foundation that was my floor to remove the corroded away pipe that holds raw sewage from all of my closets neighbours. The leasing office said the repairs would take 2-weeks, but were always behind schedule because of choosing the cheapest contractors that they could find.

No Place Like Home

Moving to the Campbell Plaza Apartments was a great choice. We love the location, the office management who are professional yet cared, event the maintenance tech is great! Most of all we love our apartment and there is no place like home!

Excellent Community

I and my Family have lived here for several years and really enjoy the community. My main concern is the parking with approximately 101 living spaces onsite there are only three handicap spaces. Also the rent increase recently has put the possibility of living here for very much longer into whether or not it remains affordable or not.
