Would highly reccomend!

This space has been so amazing for the last 4 years. The amenities (indoor washer and dryer, pool, hottub etc.) are amazing and you wont find many places that dont have tabdum parking for a 2 bedroom that is covered. Vilma is a great landlord and the matience gets to every request super fast. I’m going to miss this place!

Best rental in Burbank

I have lived here for two years. It is second to none in quality of place and location and especially in stellar service provided by wonderful onsite manager who promptly addresses every issue.

A Nice Place to Live

Brighton Vista is a nice place to live—its quiet and the facilities are kept clean and the apartments are nice. The staff is super nice. I like living here. It woild be nice if some of the in-apartment amenities were updated like the oven fan and getting microwaves. It also would be nice to have some updated equipment in the gym. If the rent comtinues to increase, im not sure the value of the complex will be competitive, but in the meantimw its a nice place to live! I highly recommend!

At Brighton Vista Apartments, residents can relish in a living space adorned with a palette of designer color schemes, enhancing the visual appeal of each apartment. Larger units boast high ceilings, which may reach up to nine feet and are complemented by elegant crown molding, imbuing select spaces with an expansive and luxurious feel. The attention to detail is further exemplified by brand-name appliances and fine European cabinetry that grace the kitchen, alongside a convenient gas range for those who love to cook. Comfort is not overlooked, as central air and heating systems (excluded in studio apartments) ensure a pleasant indoor climate all year round. The option of a cozy gas fireplace in select units adds a warm touch to the sophisticated interiors. Practicality is also considered with features like large walk-in closets, offering ample storage space, and the inclusion of washers and dryers in most units (excluding studios). The aesthetic appeal is consistent throughout with the addition of plank flooring in certain apartments, while window coverings provide both privacy and control over natural lighting. Residents can extend their living area outside to their own balconies or patios, perfect for fresh-air enjoyment and relaxation. The sense of community at Brighton Vista Apartments is highlighted through the array of shared amenities. Health-conscious residents can make use of the on-site fitness room, while others may prefer to unwind in the spa/hot tub area. Social gatherings are elevated with an inviting BBQ area, ideal for weekend cookouts. Convenience is a cornerstone of the community with secured subterranean parking, package receiving services, and intercom entry ensuring peace of mind. The presence of on-site management and Spanish-speaking staff allows for efficient resolution of concerns and ensures inclusive communication. Laundry facilities cater to everyday needs, and the flexibility of short-term leases accommodates various living situations. All these features collectively enhance the living experience for those calling Brighton Vista Apartments home. View more
