Pleasant Community

I love my apartment. I’m in the unfortunate situation of having to move out, but after this complex has offered me 3 amazing years. Vilma and the staff are amazing. I’ve never had an unresolved maintenance issue, the ground are well kept, and there is nothing that I could even think of complaining about. If I were to nitpick, my complaint is that Burbank is a boring suburb. The apartment, the complex, the staff and the amenities are all separate from that and they are all outstanding.

Good Apartment, Bad Remodel

Overall building staff are great and shared areas are well maintained, but whichever contractor they hired to remodel my apartment before I moved in cut a lot of corners. The bathtub was installed wrong so water does not drain properly, there was rot in the walls, not all holes in ceiling were patched properly, and the flooring was not UV rated and has discolored from the sun after only two years. Also unrelated, the windows in general are not properly aligned or sealed and they leak water when it rains.

Best Apartment Complex!

I moved to a studio at Brighton Vista a year ago and it has been a wonderful experience. The complex is nice and quiet and the neighborhood is walkable. The grounds are kept pristine, which I really appreciate. The apartment is very spacious, even as a studio, with nice amenities. My only wish is that we had microwaves! But everything else is so great I can live with getting my own. It's a great place to come home to! I love it so much that I'm moving to a larger unit and I hope to stay part of the BV community for many more years to come.

Overall great place

Lived here for 7+ years. Pros: Love the location, and my neighbors are friendly which is always a plus. Landlord Vilma and Maintenance guy Oscar are absolutely fantastic. Having a washer and dryer IN UNIT is a great touch. Cons though, noise isolation is terrible and you can hear everything from your neighbors, whether through your ceiling or your walls. Lots of leaks/water problems, almost every year. Though like I said, Vilma and Oscar are on top of things, but they do happen more often than I'd like them to. Rent sadly kept going up year after year, but I guess this is the LA Area for you. REALLY wish we had access to more internet providers , especially STARRY and T-MOBILE, who offer competitive prices, no price hikes and no contracts unlike Spectrum or AT&T whose prices are just ridiculous and are more than happy using their position of quasi-monopoly to deny any kind of discount or anything like that.

Home Sweet Home 10/10

Brighton Vista has easily been my favorite apartment complex in LA. The manager Vilma is kind and helpful and everyone around the complex is welcoming and friendly. The pool is always clean and the parking is easy and safe. There is a library with a beautiful walking trail right next door and the exercise room is great for breaking a sweat. I would recommend this place 10/10 for sure!
