There is always an emergency water situation and they turn off the water for several hours. Its really annoying.

I’ve decided to extend my lease since my past year has been excellent. I have to give it to the previous property manager Gerlynn, and Lexis, Sarah, Brennan, and the facility cleaning crew. Most who i have had direct contact with. They have all been incredibly friendly, responsive, and diligent. I do appreciate the team in making my stay worth it and demonstrating their nature to provide a safe, clean, and friendly environment.

We moved into Aquatic a month ago and have had a positive experience so far. Moving in was easy. The leasing office staff was supportive and helpful. The location is nice. There are plenty of public transport options. Maintenance was quick to respond to one request I had. The gym is adequate. We felt safe in the community.

The blue tear for a thing two weeks now and it’s going great so far. The only complaint I really have is the train that often comes by but it doesn’t really book me that much otherwise everyone’s been lovely. It’s been nice neighbors in the building which is a site for so eyes for me and I guess the only other thing that I don’t really like is that there’s construction going on outside And every time I go to work, there’s like dust in the air and coughing but I’ll think the building manager can do anything about it so ?

Overall pretty good. No body likes the forced -mandatory "valet" trash services and its charges. Trash around the property is not cleaned up promptly (it should be a daily chore, that lowers the image and elegance of the property.
