The blue tear for a thing two weeks now and it’s going great so far. The only complaint I really have is the train that often comes by but it doesn’t really book me that much otherwise everyone’s been lovely. It’s been nice neighbors in the building which is a site for so eyes for me and I guess the only other thing that I don’t really like is that there’s construction going on outside And every time I go to work, there’s like dust in the air and coughing but I’ll think the building manager can do anything about it so ?

Its fine but there are a lot of disruptions at fimes- the elevator, the water, the garage, etc. malfunction from time to time. Management can have their finger on tje pulse for these issues.

The apartment unit itself is beautiful and modern. Reasonably priced and close to fourth street. But the area is not safe, with car window smashed on the street as the norm. If anything breaks in your unit, expect to fix it yourself. Maintenance always says tomorrow or within this week, but it will not come. The staffing at the front desk are not bad people, but they are professionally trained to avoid problem rather than help you. The company takes away lots of access so that they literally can not help you. The main problem is at the managerial level, that trains their employee to politely kicking the ball away - after all, it is your problem, not theirs. Think twice when you sign the lease.

I like living in the Aquatic and it is a good apartment building. They just increased the rent to a rate that is not equal to the amenities or service. If they are going to have this high of rent, they need to improve the facilities and services
