Upstair neighbors are loud often, Unsure if they are just straight up stomping thier feet. One time they had a party so loud it sounded as the music was coming from our own home and it was 1am. They are often up very late and make alot of noise.

I've lived here for a semester and found out that there are a few people who pay less than us on higher floors. On top of that, we can hear everything from above us and next to us. The property is maintained decently but I can tell there's like water damage in certain places and the staff is okay. Other than that the location is nice.

Really great place to live, mostly quiet with some exceptions occassionally. Everything is really nice and the property manager is great.
