Next to BART and UC Berkeley. Has a pool open year round, and a gym and study room. Affordable for the Downtown Berkeley area.

It's close to several bus stops, and being in the downtown area it's easy to get to nearby shops, restaurants, and grocery stores!

In the past year, my heater has broken 3x, and my fridge and oven have broken. Also, they don't cover bedbugs, and when I reported having bedbugs, they blamed ME for it when I have not gone anywhere that could have led to them.

I've been living here with roommates for over 2 years and we've loved it. Maintenance is super responsive and they regularly upkeep the building. It's not too loud and our apartment has huge windows for great lighting. I think it's totally worth it for students in the area.
