Poor maintainance

We have had so much trouble contacting management and setting up basic things like rent, paperwork, etc. They are so difficult to reach and tell us contradicting information constantly. It's hard to know who our manager actually is or to get any information from them.

My apartment has absolutelty zero amenities and is beinf remodeled from the inside out so there’s always construction. Plus there must not be some sort of layer between our floor and the pipes underneath because theres a lot of random warm spots along the floor that heats io the apartment unbearably in the spring and summer when we already dont have AC. Since were in Berkeley its heavily overpriced. Just completely overrated.

It’s fine

Its been fine so far. The parking lot is tiny and very narrow to get into. Plus theres been construction and no money off rent for all the distractions. Only ammenities are washer and dryer. Not rlly worth the price but its in a great area. Adorable park next to it and two minute walk to College Ave with a bunch of shopping for literally anything you need. Win some and lose some in terms of this apt.
