There is no ventilation in the bathroom, leading to mold buildup and prolonged wetness of the floors (which has become a slipping hazard). The bathroom floor never dries, which has become a big issue. There is also mold on the floors of many other rooms in the house, which is probably affecting us tenants' respiratory health. There is also an ant problem despite our efforts to clean and terminate.

Nice place to live, close to 7/11, cvs, and lots of food spots on telegraph. Maintenace is super fast with requests. Close to bus stops too.
