Very noisy upstairs due to wood floors and being situated next to stairs. Bicycle promised for tenants in Oct 2025 and no update or progress on this matter. As of 3 to 4 weeks now there is recycle and trash strewn about the entire front of the building.

I have lived here for more than a semester now and location-wise, it is perfect for me! But if I had a job and needed to find a good place to live, I would not pick this apartment tbh.
