I live in the village apartments Conway Arkansas
All in all this is a pretty great place to live. Really it's been one of the best places I've ever been in for rentals. The maintenance is very good and the apartments are very very clean and well-kept!
The Village- Prime Location
Stellar location. Right next to the highway so easy transit. Right next to Walmart and a bunch of restaurants so that's great too.

I have lived here for over a year and I really love how close we are to everything we want to do in Conway. Our maintenance requests are answered timely and the property manager is great!
Been here for 2 years
I am at the beginning of my 3rd 1yr lease. It's OK to live here. I don't like that they raised my rent after my first lease to make up for them losing money on people who squatted during COVID, it's not my fault the government let people get away with living rent free. Their excuse was that comparable apartments in the area went up too, but I have looked at comparable apartments and they are at least $50/mo cheaper. These apartments aren't luxury apartments and have no upgrades done to mine to warrant a rent increase. The reasons I won't move to another complex are because of the pet policy and location of this one, plus, I know people who live in apartments ran by other management companies and have heard horror stories of those companies. I wish they would back their promise of new windows though. When I moved in in 2021, I was told we'd get new windows that summer, they even sent out a notice that we will be getting them a couple of months after I moved in but they have yet to honor that promise. My bedroom window locks, but it still has a 1/2" gap because it doesn't go down all the way, I have to use those slider brackets to keep it down. I would love to open my window during days that it's nice out, but can't do that either because there is no screen on the window. I do however like that if I have maintenance issues they are quick to fix things. I've had 2 tickets open, 1 for my AC which they put in temporary window units until they can fix the AC that only took a few days to do because of scheduling, the other was for a leak in the living room ceiling in the middle of the night that was taken care of ASAP.
