My opinion
It is an okay place to live what I like is it has a washer and a dryer in each apartment
It's ok
The pool hasn't been open since I moved in. and neither has the exercise room. I've been here 4 years and Rent keeps going up No one's ever came to claim. I'm sure it's a mess.
Great location
3 years living here and besides a couple crazy neighbors, it's been great. This location is absolutely killer, perfect walking distance, and the interstate is just right there if you need to dash to LR or wherever. Also super close to the Hendrix nature trail, great lil spot with a small park and and pond.
