Management company
Since moving into these apartments, I haven’t had a positive experience. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone. The only reason they might seem appealing is their affordability during inflation. From day one, my carpet was in poor condition and needed replacement. I’ve had mismatched appliances, and there's always water on the floor in the summer. An apartment upstairs once flooded, and my ceiling wasn’t repaired. As soon as I’m able to move out, I plan to do so. The management seems indifferent, and the situation with roof repairs is unacceptable. The management team and company need significant improvement. Since you asked for feedback, here it is.

Each Apartment needs there own parking space. More sidewalks. Some of the Maintenances men needs to know what their doing & they do not need to talk down to a resident.
