I stayed here four years and i like it because they will fix your stuff only if you let them know. Also its very important to keep your A/C clean also the whole unit clean properly because your home is what you make it. ??

Have had r roommates for the past 10 years. I was very afraid to live by myself, but Salem has been like a Home away from my real home. Yes, they come to my knees and once at all times of the day and night masses there are many I live in a very nice neighborhood and it is surrounded by restaurants and stores and plenty of places that I can walk to even though I am handicap I cannot walk far but I have delivery services and they don’t charge because everything is so close, I am very happy to have my own apartment. My own thermostat refrigerator and bedroom and bathroom I own dishwasher my own washer and dryer my own kitchen. Did I save my refrigerator? Lol I love Salem.

Not that please sence i move here people let there dogs use the the property anywhere some of go from there building to other an not cleaning up behind there pets.

The noise from my neighbors apt upstairs is horrendous. They have 3 kids n a half dzn adults living in an 800 sq ft 2 Bdrm apt. Most nights it sounds like a football game is being played and will last till12 - 2 am. Also a vacuum cleaner runs at all hrs contrary to the apt rules of quiet around 9 pm. I’m lucky I get any sleep much less peace and quiet. I’ve called a couple times but it hasn’t helped much at all. It would be nice to have a quiet evening every once in a while.

Honestly, not a bad place to live. The price is the ultimate reason I chose to live here, but I'm thankfully happy to say maintenance is quick to respond, and I feel that this property is being properly managed.
