Germantown Apartments
Living here is quiet convenient and peaceful experience due to the location in the town. Its not too close to the University and is overall friendly community around. The only thing that is not always fun is the walls and flooring is quite thin so the noise seems louder than what it actually is or if you drop something it sounds super loud and talking can be heard at a regular volume. Other than that, place is lovely and good starter even for singles, and small families.

Good value apartment
I've been happily living at Germantown apartments for almost 8 years now. The price for a 2-bedroom is great compared to other places in town and I've always had great response for any maintenance that has needed to be done. I've had several appliances replaced and always within a day of calling. My air conditioner went out last summer. They were there within 30 minutes giving me a portable unit until they could replace mine the next day. The only downside to the apartment is that it is a window unit heating/air conditioning system rather than central, but it's doable in a 700 square ft space. Overall, it's a great place for the money with a pool and small fitness room.
