I couldn't be happier with the financial relief, it makes for affordable living. The units are spacious & well kept. Appliance are all in great condition & maintenance are great when it comes to response time. Location is the best as we are centered around schools, churches, grocery stores, restaurants, & more. Its a great area & family friendly.

To whom this may concern: I am grateful for my place and I am generally satisfied but I would prefer a washer and dryer, possibly a fitness space. However, I know a fitness space or minimal equipment (treadmill) could and most likely would raise the rent. Also, the community center and the main local laundry mat seem to be pillars and assets of the community of Maumelle. I would like my closet doors and shelves in the hall closet replaced but again these are proposed replacements or upgrades I can most definitely live without. Overall, management is very understanding and cooperative on many levels regarding various matters and most of all transparent which is priceless. Also, maintenance is friendly, adequate, and accommodating in many ways which is truly appreciated.
