Nice place for the price. Needs updating again but everything is working and ok. Been here awhile now. Wish they would enforce noise rules

I have been here for about 4 years and while it is an older complex, it's very well maintained and the staff are all just incredible. Extremely friendly and caring, I always look forward to chatting with them when I can. The complex itself while a tid bit confusing for delivery drivers just due to layout, is a great complex. It's quiet, spacious, and well maintained. Anything that has needed fixing or looked at was dealt with extremely quickly and they always make sure to check in and make sure it hasn't happened again. My only complaint about the complex is that if you are heat sensitive or run hotter, try to avoid a 3rd floor unit because the AC units are small and can't keep up even in mid-80 degree temps. I had to purchase 2 moveable AC units to use during the summer and insulation to cover the windows due to the heat. However, everything else is absolutely amazing. I love it here.

Parking should be assigned and visitor parking as well. Maintenance, amenities could be better it's not bad but can be better.

I am a first time renter, and the clerk at the front desk was really friendly and helped me with every step of getting my apartment. The apartment itself is amazing, a little different than the one I toured but I loved it still! The only issue I have noticed is that if the neighbors smoke it’ll come through the vents but it’s manageable. Overall a 4.5/5 in my opinion. Once again a great place to live.
