Generally pretty good. Love the neighborhood. Wish closets had better storage.

For location it is good. No matter what I do I can never get the temperature to remain consistent I wish the windows were double panned. Also, it's a historical building so most of the outlets are the older 2 prong type. I've only blown the fuse once when I tried to use a space heater to help with the temperature during winter as again despite having central heating temperature is inconsistent, currently using lots of fans to help with air circulation. One or 2 laundry thieves that I will one day find, unless they move out 1st. I like my little cozy studio, you musts learn to be creative with storage spaces, and I recommend finding a good table because counter space is minimal. I haven't had any bug trouble, and the only pest I have seen are by the dumpster which is to be expected... Overall I really like the location I probably could find another apartment with more space for a similar price, but not with the security this place offers. I can stroll to the pig, library, park, or one of the cute shops nearby I like it.

Great area to live. Nice apartment for the price. Close to most all you need. Grocery within walking distance. Laundry on-site.

Great neighborhood. Last management company was lax with maintenance.
