Having lived at Moretti Apartments for more than five years, I have seen firsthand how this property has evolved into the premier place to live in Homewood. The complex is exceptionally well-maintained, and thanks to recent renovations, the entire property looks and feels brand new. What truly sets it apart now is the new management team; they are incredibly proactive and have finally resolved "big ticket" issues that lingered for years, such as the entrance gates. Maintenance requests are now handled promptly, and the grounds stay pristine. Safety is a top priority here, and the property feels secure 24 hours a day. The parking areas are well-monitored, and you won’t find broken-down vehicles or loud parties disrupting the peace. Instead, the community is primarily made up of medical residents and working professionals who are quiet, friendly, and respectful. It is the kind of environment where you can actually enjoy your home without the typical noise of apartment living. For those looking for the best experience on the property, I highly recommend the units that face the inner courtyards. These afford a level of privacy that is hard to find elsewhere, as none of your windows face the parking lot—even if you are living on the first level. For a modest upcharge in rent, they also offer storage units and garages with automatic doors, which are great additions for keeping your belongings secure and your car out of the elements.
