I would live somewhere else

In the beginning, the experience was great. Then the lies started piling up, lie after lie after lie. Now when i walk into the rent office they are rude, not friendly whatsoever, they do not speak they simply roll their eyes and act as though its a bother to do their job. I watch them happily greet other residents, but because i called out the lies now im the problem. I can not wait to leave this apartment. They talk a really good game to get you to sign, but in all reality you could get better elsewhere. The selling point was the golf room but they allow 1-2 residents to keep it booked up so you may never get to use it. I just dont appreciate gross behavior that goes on in this place. Take your money down the road, or anywhere other than here.

Mediocre at best

I wake up when my neighbors wake up as the flooring and walls are thin, my plumbing request has not been answered so I wake up to the knocking noise from the walls whenever my neighbors use hot water, nice large parking garage but often not taken care of, no cameras in building hallways, people speed through the circle drive around the building so often its dangerous for any walkers, emails often delayed or unanswered. At $1500/1600 for a 750sq/ft 1bd/1ba, Inkwell at Grandview has just been okay in these past 5 months. I would not live here again.
