I am currently living in MarQ apartment they. provides a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment. The apartment meets my daily needs and allows me to maintain stability and independence. The space is well maintained, and the overall environment is generally quiet and respectful. Living here has been a positive experience, and I appreciate having a place that feels like home.

The property is crumbling to pieces. I am a woman who has to walk late at night after working from a parking spot that is clear on the other side from my apartments. That is safe at all for anyone. The trash over the weekend is disgusting to say the least. The rent fluctuates for no reason and I am charged for services not even provided to my unit. The cable wiring is faulty and all plugs don’t work. I can go on but I don’t have enough characters.
