I like the view of my apartment. Margaret and Bri are really nice and personable. Anytime I've had an issue or question they were on top of it along with the maintenance team. The apartment staff host several events throughout the month to keep the tenants engaged. I've been here for 3 years with little to no complaints.

Wonderful place to live

We've only been here about a month, but it has already been so much better than we had hoped. The maintenance crew is kind and very prompt. It is so quiet here, all we hear are birds chirping. The neighbors we've met walking or at the dog park are very friendly. And the amenities a great! We take the dogs down to the pond, we play tennis in the complex, and we go across the street to the park all the time. Lastly it is very conveniently located, lots of grocery stores in the area, and the Summit is just a short drive up 280.

Awesome Place

I have been living here for about 2 months and it has been absolutely awesome! Maintenance has taken care of every problem my roommate and I have come across so far, the office personnel have always been extremely nice, the community is very pleasant, I feel safe here, the apartment itself is awesome…this place has by far been way better than the previous 3 apartments we stayed in! I give this place a very solid 5 stars and two thumbs wayyyyy way up!

Best Apartment So Far

I've been in 3 apartments prior to this one and they all ended up being garbage. Been at this one for a little over a month and it has been great, with the exception that maintenance took its time the first time we put in work orders after moving in. I had tested positive for Covid-19 a little over a month prior to us putting in the work orders, but they still put us on hold to make up their minds how to approach the situation. I personally think 3 weeks is way more than enough time to decide what to do, but they did a great job once they came to complete the work. Aside from that, it's a great complex with friendly neighbors, friendly maintenance personnel, and a great fitness center! Haven't gotten into the pool yet, but it looks clean and well-maintained.
