Maintenance are worse when you ask them to fix something they came and said problem is solved but not i have been having problems with pressure with water but no one has ever solve the issue

I feel it’s my responsibility to warn any potential residents considering moving into this property. What you’re promised before signing the lease and what you’ll experience once you’re locked into a contract are night and day. If you value your peace of mind, safety, and basic respect as a tenant—please look elsewhere. Before moving in, we were told everything would be clean and in good condition. That was far from the reality. Upon move-in, we encountered 15 to 20 separate issues throughout the apartment. These ranged from minor annoyances to major functionality problems. Basic things like doors not closing properly, scuffs all over the walls, carpet peeling up everywhere, outlets not working, plumbing issues, and damaged fixtures were all present. We reported everything within the first three days of moving in. For weeks, we heard nothing. It wasn’t until three months later that we finally received a response—only after following up multiple times and going into the office in person. Even then, their communication was vague, and we were left in the dark on when or if things would be fixed. Over the span of seven months, only eight of the original issues were actually resolved. The others were either ignored or forgotten. One of the most serious problems we faced was with the plumbing. None of our drains worked properly, including the shower and sinks. For ten full days, we lived in a unit that reeked of mildew, with standing water and slow drainage causing constant inconvenience and health concerns. We reached out through every available channel—calls, emails, in-person visits, and even speaking to the property Manager. Their response? “Next time, don’t approach with hostility.” That statement hurt. We had been nothing but respectful and patient, despite how ignored and mistreated we felt. But it became clear to us that politeness was met with apathy, and frustration was met with blame. The office staff takes 0 accountability.
