Property reviewsLeslie J. on Feb 27, 2025I've lived here for two years and love it. The building is quiet, the location is excellent, the rent is affordable, maintenance does a great job with any requests. Overall I'm highly satisfied with where I live!
Madison on Mar 12, 2024I absolutely love my apartment + the renovations that went into it-- 12 foot ceilings in the living room+ bedroom, granite countertops, + new flooring throughout! The only downfall is the baseboard heaters + AC unit are right by the 10ft (old) windows so most of my heating/cooling money literally goes out the windows. Parking is a nightmare downtown, but underground parking is available if you have another $100 to spare. I will say this is worth it for my peace of mind at the end of the day!! Staff + maintenance are all fantastic! They even helped me with putting up the plastic on my windows this winter since they're SO tall!! I'd 100% recommend living here for those who enjoy the convenience of being downtown. Just be sure to triple check the signs for parking if you have a guest or you will most definitely wake to a parking ticket!! Cheers!

Anonymous on Apr 27, 2023To many sirens, office is of little help and hardly any parking. Only real plus is maintenance is cool.

Anonymous on Jun 24, 2025I’ve lived having this place so far it gives me and my roommate a lot more space to live in compared to the dorms in college. It’s been a nice thing to come back to after my work shifts as well.

Anonymous on May 1, 2023I moved in a few months ago and this is honestly the best experience I've had in an apartment. All of my neighbors are considerate and management is great!

Property reviewsMarnelli on Mar 18, 2022This place is perfect during summer, big windows, fresh air and beautiful view of highway and people passing by. Also, the groceries, park, church everything is walking distance, Youll love it. Here comes the winter, big windows even covered with insulation plastic and thick curtain electric bill started to crip from $150 summer ( studio apartment) to $235,$327$300+...last electric bill was $428 that was Feb. 2022. The high ceilings, big windows, and unavailability of maintenance made all my electric bills so high. Also, this place is old rustic looking brick beautiful but its real loud, train pass by at night, afternoon and morning, plus cars since it by the highway. I would recommend this place if you dont mind getting good sleep, and unlimited money to pay your bills and if you love the Rustica restaurant which just below this apartment

Anonymous on Mar 26, 2025Nothing impressive. Been here 14 year. Quility is going down hillwhile rent goes up. Maintenance has gotten better in the past years. However, every day this week, I have woken up to a lack of hot water.
