Carlton Place Review
I have lived here about 1.5 years. It is a relatively quiet complex with some loud noise every now and again. Maintenance issues are fixed quickly when deemed "emergency", but at other times, it may take longer than expected to get the issue resolved. The amount of parking is sufficient for the size unit that I have. They have raised the rent slightly each time I have renewed, but it is still a good value for what I'm getting.
