Our apartments are cat friendly. A maximum of one cat is allowed per apartment. Cats Allowed - One-Time Fee $200.00 - Monthly Pet Rent $20.00   Prior written authorization from GOLDMARK is required prior to bringing your pet to the property. Additional documentation is required including proof of being spayed/neutered and up to date distemper and rabies inoculations. No other pets are allowed at our property. This restricted list includes, but is not limited to ferrets, mice, rabbits, hamsters, snakes, reptiles, or other exotic animals.  Some of these policies may not apply if a reasonable accommodation is granted for an assistance animal.

Danbury 4

Expensive for what you get in an apartment. Out dated appliances, barely maintained and nothing ever gets fixed. The only benefit is Management is awesome!

My review

Overall my experience has been pretty great. We do, though, have a few instances where people will come and be pressing the buzzer to our apartment very late at night. Anywhere between 11pm and 2am when we are not expecting guests. We can also hear neighbors yelling and stomping around late at night which is kind of a downside but my overall experience is great! The staff is so quick and friendly when we need help with something or we have an issue! They’re very professional and respond very quickly to emails!
