I have lived here for, I believe, over 10 years. For the most part, this place is ok. One thing that probably has no way to fix is, some residents don't treat it like it is their home. I just came back from a trip, pretty sure our building is vacuumed sunday mornings and our floors currently are disgusting- not from cleaners but residents.. Someones garbage leaked rice and they didn't clean it up - gets tracked everywhere. Also can tell when we have new residents-garbage everywhere, inside and out, parking in wrong spots, and jamming the locks of our "secure" building. I believe the staff does what they can with what they have. Maybe offer a monthly "Prize" to the building with the best upkeep each month?? Even if its -one free month water or something like that. Overall, I like my "corner" on the upper floor. Generally quiet and no problems.

This place has got a lot of Apartments there well kept up the only thing that I had a problem with those access water and snow inside my garage
