Mediocre at best
Constant noise, calls to police do nothing. People stealing others parking spots underground. Peoples children not caring and throwing rocks at vehicles or running out in the middle of the lot while cars are coming. People dont leash dogs

People dont know how to park correctly. Elevator is down like 3 times a week. Management doesnt always respond to emails. Kids always stomping on floor above us

Pretty sad
The units are in good shape, but overall living experience has gone down significantly throughout time. No staff on site, and when you can manage to get ahold of them via phone, they are generally not helpful. I would steer clear from this building. The community features are seldom cleaned or maintained.
