Pretty Good Place

Overall I have few complaints. The price has been going up, which is slowly pushing it past what I'd consider reasonable for the area. Most of the equipment in the gym doesn't work. Otherwise, the place is clean and relatively quiet in terms of noise. Maintenance is fast and gets things done. The underground parking garage, outdoor garages, and elevator are always clean and in working order. The staff are friendly and helpful. The washer and dryer in unit work pretty well, better than shared units usually do anyway. Apartments have high ceilings and more space than you'd think for the price.

First Month!

This place is definitely a nice option for those with pets. They are flexible with pet weights/breed, but I do think they are a little overpriced. With that being said, the parking lot also is very cramped. Staff is awesome, and there is a nice community room along with a fitness center!
