Pricing is bad
There arent enough amenities for the price of rent. Also our rent has been increased every 6 months. Not by a small amount either.

High price for the lack of amenities
I have lived here for one and a half years. Very nice apartment with all the bells and whistles. The problem is our rent increased by $147 when our first year lease was up. We did sign a new lease, but plan on moving the next year because if its raised again, the apartmentis not worth the price. One very nice thing is the friendly people around here. Everyone is really nice.
