I have had difficulty and numerous times with work orders getting them in and then they asked for some reason say that they were completed and then they were not I've had to call about the same thing over and over again. To the point where I just fixed stuff myself now if I can. And the parking is really a bit compact it is hard to get in and out of the garage when there's cars like right behind you in their parking spot. I don't agree with the fact that we pay water sewer and garbage now and have to pay to use the washer machine and the dryer that should be free I believe.

Maintenance issues since day one. And my maintenance requests would keep getting marked as complete somehow when nothing has ever been complete.

When you first move in to your apartment. You are excited and overjoyed. It takes time to think more about yourself; finding work and a good job to be stable so you can build a good income. You start to mature as an individual. Living in a apartment means many things. Your neighbors, friends you invite, roommate, and/or spouse. But the idea to living in a apartment with this property to me. Is about rebuilding and building a solid foundation for yourself. There's a lot of work to be done. A personal one; yes, but overall; on a universally level. It's your trust and loyalty that forges you to work with a business. Highly recommended and inspired. Remember; take one day at a time. And always be happy; even when the sky is cloudy and grey. The sun will always shine in the sky. Much love and take care; I love my apartment. I hope to one day own my house; after this great journey of living in a apartment meets its end...

The buzzer system should really be fixed so that the security doors can actually be used otherwise what is the point of having security doors at all
