Awesome location

I live 2-3 blocks from 3 grocery stores. 4 from the mall 5 minutes from work. Traffic noise is basically white noise. I know kitchen is a bit small but there's room to add storage cabinets/pantry into dining area.

NICE PLACE TO LIVE, no noises, hallways clean, my only complain is about maintenance request never done for the lights outside the building, I request to get fixes couple time but never done.

Noise and poor flooring.

Can easily hear people talking from other apartment. People living in upper apartment makes too much noises every time. Some put speaker so loud that it disrupts the whole apartment.
