Quiet Place. Good price. Good staff. Feels like home. Maintenance is leaving a little to be desired due to short staffing.
I enjoy my space and apartment. A few things didn't get fixed after my move in inspection but it's not a big deal. They were small and was able to fix myself.

We have been here now for a few months and its beginning to be Home. ??
Lived here for about 3 years. No amenities like a pool or workout room is nice for me, because i would not use them anyway, and I know they would get added to the rent amount if we had them. The recent rent increase of $70 was quite much, but still in the realm of acceptable, though any much higher than 800 for a studio is getting up there in my opinion. The concrete around the storm drain inlets in the parking lot/drive ways at Boulder Ridge seem to break/shift very quickly and are in very poor condition.

This place is perfect during summer, big windows, fresh air and beautiful view of highway and people passing by. Also, the groceries, park, church everything is walking distance, Youll love it. Here comes the winter, big windows even covered with insulation plastic and thick curtain electric bill started to crip from $150 summer ( studio apartment) to $235,$327$300+...last electric bill was $428 that was Feb. 2022. The high ceilings, big windows, and unavailability of maintenance made all my electric bills so high. Also, this place is old rustic looking brick beautiful but its real loud, train pass by at night, afternoon and morning, plus cars since it by the highway. I would recommend this place if you dont mind getting good sleep, and unlimited money to pay your bills and if you love the Rustica restaurant which just below this apartment

Still haven't fixed the carpet in my smoked damaged apartment or the carpets in the common area all they did was clean them(hallway) not replace them. They also took 8 months to paint one wall in the apartment that had visible smoke/burn marks and over 6 months to replace the damaged fireproof door. They increased the rent on my damaged apartment to match the brand new renovated apartment with new windows, doors, floors, appliances, finishes to match what they are paying for the same size apartment. I would love an email back explaining why all of this is happening.

This is my 6th year staying at RoCo building. Modern building and interior areas, convenient downtown location, wonderful staff and quality maintenance.
RoCo is a great place to live, you're in the heart of downtown but far away enough from the noise. The staff, apartment amenities, and residents are all top-notch.

The staff is nice and community room is nice! People in building are pigs but cleaning crew does great when they come thru. The parking lot is always taken over by parked non running or moving cars.

I absolutely love my apartment + the renovations that went into it-- 12 foot ceilings in the living room+ bedroom, granite countertops, + new flooring throughout! The only downfall is the baseboard heaters + AC unit are right by the 10ft (old) windows so most of my heating/cooling money literally goes out the windows. Parking is a nightmare downtown, but underground parking is available if you have another $100 to spare. I will say this is worth it for my peace of mind at the end of the day!! Staff + maintenance are all fantastic! They even helped me with putting up the plastic on my windows this winter since they're SO tall!! I'd 100% recommend living here for those who enjoy the convenience of being downtown. Just be sure to triple check the signs for parking if you have a guest or you will most definitely wake to a parking ticket!! Cheers!
Overall, great place to live for the price.

I really enjoy living at the Bostad-- the property itself is beautiful and my apartment is a great space! Donna is really wonderful to work with, and so responsive to any questions or concerns I've had-- she's just the best! For me, the only downside is parking, but that comes with living in a downtown area-- wish there was a way to access the skyway after hours to get back to the apartments when I have to work late or do a Sunday grocery run.
For the most part apartment is good. Great location and commute if you are employed in the local Downtown Fargo area. Room for improvement: The walls lack sound proof, it would make standard of living much better. No issues with the street noise.
