Do not like sharing the cost of water now. Constantly hearing someone's toilet running for days. Requested maintenance on it and was corrected but sure enough, water running again later. Also, a thorough vetting of new tenants is a bit suspect. Do some sublet their units out to questionable, non-vetted tenants? Upkeep on the grounds in the summer and snow removal in winter are good though.

Lived at this location a little over a year now after moving back to Fargo, and it's not a bad place to live. Very convenient location that is close to all your needs. Pretty quiet building and everyone minds their own business. The landscaping in the summer and the snow removal in the winter are done consistently and timely. The only negative I would say is the timeliness of the maintenance requests that are non-urgent.
