I thought about checking with Sprinburne since I had liked living here and needed some time before I decided on what to purchase. I have lived here for three years now and I'm not sure that I want to leave. It is so convenient, livable, clean, quiet, and the staff is exceptional. I would highly recommend looking at Springburne of Polaris if you are looking for a nice place to live.

And I have to say I am grateful for the coffee machine. My only but is the carpet in the hallways needs to be paid attention to every now and then before the unthinkable happens

Anonymous on Oct 24, 2022The rudest staff you will find apartments need updating. Carpet is old and nasty. They try to clean it but its just sticky and gross move to the nicer and newer complexes even if the ppl are rude at least the apartment makes up for it

It has a beautiful view of a quarry, a great beach and pool, and the office staff are exceptionally kind and willing to go out of their way to help the tenants. I'm so appreciative of everyone here and am very thankful we've had three wonderful years at Runaway Bay.
