Close to major highways, mall , grocery stores, shopping and restaurants !!! Also great amenities on site !!! Very well maintained !!!

Upstairs neighbor treats her apartment like a dog park. Never walks her two dogs outside, just makes them run around inside. Idk who thought it was a good idea renting a second floor apartment to her.

The quality of service from the staff deteriorated over the span of the 3 years I lived there. I only stayed because it was close to the Chase corporate office. When I got a job out of state, it was pretty easy to ditch the place. The complex is poorly insulated, so you hear everything. Staff wouldn’t enforce quiet hours, nor would they warn tenants about being considerate or respectful of other people. When you need to speak to staff about the lease, it is almost impossible to get a response back from them. They won’t call back, and won’t respond to emails, either. The complex has changed management about 2 times, with staff turn over at an all time high. Luckily I documented everything, but be ready for little to no communication upon moving out. If you want to be able to talk to staff about any other issues or questions, I recommend you go elsewhere.
