    Coukd be better. So fixated on making the outside look good when the inside is the problem. Just because you remodeled the outside don’t mean raise the rent when the inside needs the most work done and haven't even begun to fix thise problems.

    More parking is needed , pool sometimes work a basketball goal would be nice for the kids . And the security gates need to be fixed . Laronna is great
