Lived here for three years, no major complaints. Moved from a studio apt. to a 1 bedroom and the transition was smooth. Friendly staff!

No Hot Water

Several times a week I get off of work, expecting to be able to take a hot shower and there’s no hot water. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I was informed that all of the hot water we get is based on a boiler system, and if the residents of The Gallery are limited to the hot water they get based on this boiler then clearly it needs to be improved. This is not a hotel, we are obligated to our leases and pay plenty of rent a month so we should be able to depend on hot water. Please improve on this, it’s incredibly discouraging to live somewhere where I cannot access hot water when I want to. It feels like a privilege to have hot water here and that should not be the case.
