Great community
I’ve been here about a month and love it. The other residents and staff have all been warm and welcoming. I signed a 6 month lease and the price differential between that and the annual lease wasn’t ridiculous so that was amazing. Its a gated community, close to a lot of retail shops and the highway so super convenient for commuting to work. I had a package come up missing but not sure what happened.
The best apartment in metairie
I moved in Bellawood apartment on november 8. When tell you this is the best property i have ever stayed in. It's so peaceful back there . I love my spacious apartment. The staff is so professional but i would love to send a special shutout to MS Lauria P. When i tell you she have the patient of Job. Ms. Lauria work with me so hard to make sure i had everything i needed for the date of move in. When i tell you she was heaven sent. I love my New Home. sign a happy resident

I love Bellawood apartments they took the time out of their busy schedule to make sure I had a great place to call home so if theirs anybody looking to call a place home Bellawood is it I would like to say thanks to everyone at Bellawood a great place to stay!
