Great Apartment Complex
It is always so peaceful and quiet at the Summit Apartment Homes. The amenities, staff, and maintenance are amazing. The gym could use some updating due to a few machines not working but other than that I really enjoy living here.
Last minute find
I moved to Shreveport a few weeks ago and this was the best apartment I could find for the price I was looking for. The amenities are top notch. The management is so quick to do everything you ask them to. The location is great. It’s so convenient. 10/10 would recommend.
My Last Month at the Summits as of June 2024
Wow amazing that I lived here for 4 and 1/2 years (Apt 209)! Time went so quickly. Well, it was truly amazing experience and I truly enjoyed living here and in Shreveport! I want to recognize Shawn and her wonderful team for all their hard work to ensure that tenants were comfortable in their homes!! I had a couple interesting experiences (A/C breaking down and unexpected weather conditions which caused fire extinguishing pipe freeze and burst!) but you folks always responded in an excellent manner! My wife lives in a rental apartment in Miami paying a heck lot more rent than here but has dealt with a heck lot more headaches especially with folks at the Admin office (My Lord!!). You folks know what you are doing and truly understand what the meaning of customer service is!! You are the best!! The comunal areas are super well kept and clean (despite a couple of rotten apple tenants). Love it here! My wife was here with me for close to three months and we just love the proximity of stores and enjoyed our leisure walks! God bless and keep up the excellent work!! Now I heading to my retirement job in FL but we will come back to Shreveport to visit! LOL
