Great property

I really enjoy living here at Park Place it is conveniently located near everything I need in my life! My neighbors are friendly, the maintenance and office staff are super nice and helpful. Not planning on moving until I am able to purchase my own house

Great old apartments

I am a repeat renter here, and I love these apartments, not only are they budget friendly, but the girls in the office have been working here forever. They know residents by fave and name and take the best care they can. Matinence is fast, and all the neighbors I have are friendly and great.

I Love living Here

I have lived here for years and I have seen a few managers. I have also been knowing Hanh since she was an assistant manager, and she is the best and most knowledgeable manager we have ever had. She is awesome, prompt, and knows what she is doing. Living in Park Place has always been great, but even better since Hannah is here as a manager Thank goodness for that. Park Place is affordable, great homelike atmosphere, quiet, and well kept. I would highly suggest anyone live here. The pools are beautiful, and well kept. So are the grounds. Also, you can't beat the great management Hannah and Tiffany. Plus the maintenance and rest of the staff are great.
