Rent payments

The apartment was renovated when we moved in but still had some work that needed to be done. They move slow when its time for maintenance and rent goes up every year ?? even when they don't fix any of the problems

A/C constantly broke.

Lived here for 25 years. Only because price is what I can afford. AC is broken again for 3rd time this month. Instead of calling an AC repair company, they rely on their maintenance. If I could afford another apartment, I would move out of here as fast as possible.
