The residences in this complex are quite antiquated and, in my opinion, not worth the high price being asked. Additionally, one should be aware that there are a number of undisclosed fees that may arise. If one is seeking a residence in this vicinity, I would suggest considering Beau Terre. This alternative offers a larger range of amenities at a more competitive price point. Note that all the good review most probably made by their staff.

The pool rules need to be adhered to by all. I go down there all the time and people are there that don’t live here making TikToks & taking selfies. Enforce your rules or let it go.

I've lived at Rosewood for 5 years. The quality of overall living is not the same as when I moved in. The pool is not kept clean. The grounds are not kept up and it takes longer to have a response when you need maintenance done. I live down stairs and I know upstairs noise is inevitable but have complained of unusual noise late at night and early mornings within the time that is suppose to be quite time. My upstairs neighbor has 2 big dogs in a little apartment and sounds like a heard of Rhinos all hours of the night. I have complained several times but still continues. Will be my last year in these apartment :((((

I’ve been here since October , really haven’t had no issues. But I can say that you hear everything little thing that’s going on outside your apartment and wish they will power wash the apartment buildings. Inside is ok but the outside is filthy
