Great place to live!!! My son and I have lived here for over 7 years and love it! Our apartment is very spacious for the price and the fixtures are nice. The people in the office are very nice and will help you with all your needs. They have great maintenance men that come to fix any problems you let them know about the very next day if not sooner if it is an emergency. Great neighborhood and we are next to the library and recreation center across the street!! That is a bonus!!

I have lived here going on 3 years. From my first year till now. I have seen numerous upgrades and improvements to the property. The management team is professional, respectful and very helpful! The maintenance team is fantastic! So are the monthly community events.
Management/ Maintenance team has been outstanding. Various Resident events make everyone feel included (plus they are fun). Perfect floor plan.

It's been great living here and I am close to restaurants,gyms,convience stoors,the Malls and a lot of parks to go from around here.
I enjoy living here so far!, the apt is well keep and clean grounds, they really need to improve on the parking and it would make living here a lot better.

When searching for a place to call home we all want to find a place that meets most if not all of our needs and our wants. I was lucky to find my place at Bristol Apartments. Great location with easy access to everything and competitive pricing in comparison other apartments in the area. Management has been great from the very beginning and maintenance just as great. The grounds are well maintained and the gym though not the biggest it still has the basics to enjoy a good workout. Great place to make it home!

I’m a new resident and so far everything is great.
The only issue which I faced was people were not cleaning after their pets and poop was visible on the property.
Very nice quite safe place, maintenance are on point and never had too many issues this is our 4ht year and we love the complex, the staff super friendly 5/5

The Park on Preston was a lucky find! Good location, good sized apartment for me and my pet, and very affordable. Office staff is so nice and super quick to respond. I feel safe and at home here!
