The apartments here are very nice. However, there has been multiple times where I have came home and smelled weed in the building. And the other night both mine and my roommates cars where broken into. Other than that the staff is great. Matenence is always super quick to respond. The property is well taken care of and the weight room is nice. It's just lacking on the security.

I have lived in my own homes all of my life so I wasn't thrilled to move to an apartment, but I do feel like I am home here. This is a place with friendliness everywhere, from neighbors to maintenance to office staff. The buildings, though a bit dated, are well maintained, solid, and quiet. Living in a quiet residential neighborhood, with the beauty of the Nature Preserve that extends all around the apartments feels peaceful and safe. Maintenance needs are handled quickly and professionally. The shared laundry is kept clean and machines are plentiful. The pool is very well maintained and is always clean. I've met new friends here: students, young couples and retirees from every walk of life. It's a great mix. I'm very happy that someone recommended Winchell Way Apartments and I gave them a look, and now I'm here to stay.
